Loadcreatormode - Do not let different loads wipe another existing creator objects

I would like to suggest that when you load a saved creator mode, it does not overwrite any creator objects placed at the moment and instead will place them alongside the existing placed objects.

Something that we run into a lot, and something that has prohibited our ability to do many of our cool ideas in our realism server is that when you /loadcreatormode a pre-saved load, the load will wipe anything placed down clean.

If your load would go over the budget, just let it give you an error in your chat so you are aware: "Could not load creator mode due to insufficient budget"

This would be a huge QOL addition for our server, and many more like ours! Thank you for your consideration.
