Latch vs Stomp etc.

Stomp needs nerfed.
No way someone should be able to one-shot an opponent 3 ft above their head out of a tree. Fix that before ever even considering nerfing latch, especially when 90% of the player base has ways to deal with a Latching Raptor such as wearing slick scales/feathers AND several others have Stomp along with other things to deal with Latch like attachs that still hit a latched Raptor or spikes etc.
