Mod installation location

Would be very helpful if it were possible to select a location to install mods. Currently they only install on the C drive. The 'just uninstall mods you aren't using' isn't particularly helpful when playing on a server with a lot of mods installed. I can select where to install the game, I should be able to select where to install the mods. Or at least they should install in the same place as the game.
