Admin Mode an ability for non-admin roles

Giving members the ability to go into admin mode without being coded in as server admins. Perhaps just adding it to a line under the commands.ini. Such as adminmode=true or something like that. That way not everyone who you would like to be able to be in admin mode necessarily would have access to all of the commands. Very helpful when taking killer screenshots, etc.
