Rework the homecave, logout, and spawning system.

Remove the static home caves from the map. Instead, a player enters their Home Cave (HC) when they successfully safelog, the server crashes/restarts, or the player dies. When the player leaves their HC, they are given an option to spawn in one of 9 regions of the map, with the entire map divided by a 3 by 3 grid. This could also be expanded with a "Heat limit" where if there are too many players in 1 region, you can't pick that region to spawn in. You also can't spawn in a region you recently died in. While in your HC, you can invite other players to your group, bringing them to your HC. If the leader leaves, the group members will spawn beside the leader.

This would solve MANY major issues that currently plague gameplay.

1. The login debuff will no longer be needed.
2. Large clans of players will not be able to have multiple dinos parked in one area.
3. HC camping would not exist, the debuff could be removed.
4. Revenge killing would be more difficult.
