Quest Banking Limit
Instead of removing the entirety of quest banking upon death, I believe there should be a limit to how many you can have stored.
And if you die, you should lose a percentage of the quests (favoring the longer growth quests like trophies etc) instead of all of them. This still allows new players some leeway in growing, whilst also having some repercussions when dying.
At the limit of stored quests, quests should not be able to pop up. In turn, one would need to collect the quests to clear them out. However, if you are found and killed before doing so, you will still have SOME of those quests to cash in, but some will be removed via the death penalty.
This will help out new players to the game that go to popular areas unknowingly and are killed.
