Lower the sound volume of the "Quest Completet" sound sample

It's way to loud. cant hear anything around me when finishing a quest.
a volume control for it woud be nice too

You can adjust the volume for UI, which does turn down the quest complete sound. However, that does lower all other UI sound effects like clicking on buttons, hovering over HUD elements, etc. though I don't mind that since they're just for flavour.
