Lambeosaurus - healing WHY?

Why does the Lambeosaurus have a healing call. It's completely unrealistic to the game and takes away some of the authenticity? and healing at 1100% is totally ridiculous.
All other dinos don't have such a powerful call (the fact that they can boost their attack/armor is also perhaps a bit too much) but a heal boost is completely wrong? It's not "world of warcraft" with healers etc.
Please remove this effect as it destroys what is "real".
After all, it could not "heal" when it lived on earth 75 million years ago.
