Accessability Options for HUD Size

I'd really like an option to alter text size and color in the HUD. Especially on console, the text is so small and the chat window utilizes the colors grey on darker grey for a majority of the chat. Quests are dark red with no contrasting color behind it which makes it almost invisible in shadowed areas. This makes it extremely difficult to read unless you have the screen close to your face. Reading party names feels almost impossible when you're in a large pack or herd that is constantly moving and makes it difficult to navigate. I have decent vision and if I'm struggling with it I'm sure it's a lot worse for a lot of other people.
