Sarco is broken

Sarco hit register needs to be fixed. Literally half of my attacks do absolutely nothing at all. I'll do a charge with a charged bite. Smack right into their bellies and release the charged bite only to see it do absolutely nothing at all. Then use rip and see the same thing. I really am tired of it. The unreliability of attacks is significantly handicapping my game play.
