Add a seperate place for feedback with more character count

At the moment this doesn't feel like a place to add feedback as it tends to be drowned out by the suggestions (which most are asking for the same thing)

Adding another board focused on feedback can help keep them in one place and seen easier as well as having more characters for people to give proper thought out feedback.

Even this suggestion is close to the limit.
