Improve PTB Talk Channels/Add more clear rules

There is a very clear issue with the PTB, and many people have complained about before. You are not allowed to talk about the PTB itself in the PTB chat. The moderators state in almost every discussion not to talk about anything besides bugs, which is fine, but with the release of multiple remodels within the PTB and not being able to talk about them in ANY channel? It’s quite an odd system, because there’s already a chat for bugs.

If they want the chat to be purely about bugs, why not call it #bug-discussion and then the current bug discussion channel #bug-reports? It makes a lot more sense, and they don’t clarify anything until you’ve actually been warned for it. There’s so many unspoken rules in the ptb channels or unnecessary ones, and I feel they should either let #ptb-chat, well, be a general chat regarding the ptb, and make bugs be talked about in #bug-discussion.

It makes more sense and would allow for much better organization.
