Increase Thalassodromeus Flying Stamina
When soaring, (as in not flapping your wings or making any effort to move quickly) you should not lose stamina. I understand that this may be a balance decision, but having a Pterosaur, a creature built for flying, lose stamina while its soaring is a little ridiculous. This is an animal made for long distance travel, and having to constantly land over and over again can make the experience of flying much more annoying and dull. I'm not saying have the stamina regenerate in the air, we want it to be vulnerable to land predators somehow, however losing stamina constantly in flight with no way of management is something I would like to see changed.

SquisheenTo add to this, the flyers are very weak. I don't think giving them plenty of stamina or letting them regen it somehow if only slowly while mid-air will make them overpowered in any way. Playing as a flyer is pretty much glorified spectator mode, so why not let people have as much fun with it as possible. I wouldn't even mind if their health was nerfed if we got a stamina regen, since flyers shouldn't engage in combat with other creatures to begin with. They should be encouraged to flee.

LycaenopsI agree with the above but would add a slow stamina regen that would be both helpful for travel and survival. If stamina regen isn't added, perhaps the glide could keep you in a reasonably paced, continuous, steady movement without losing altitude or draining stamina.

KotoneI am absolutely AGAINST flyers regening stam while flying, that is not good gameplay design or balance. I hate it in beasts of bermuda and I don't want to see it here. They need to be vulnerable to land dinos, especially if people want to buff its attack. It's also disconcerting seeing a flyer being able to escape from a meg that bit it and not be punished for it. @Squisheen

I agree that gliding shouldn't be costing stam (or perhaps cost less stam than normal flight), I haven't played much flyer to really know how it feels. Though perhaps if you have venom, even gliding would cost stam. -

IAmCorrineI think the stam is fine but I think you shouldn't lose so much stam when gliding. Like how the sarco doesn't lose that much stam above water.
