Discord channel updates

Literally everyone agrees that the way the discord channels are handled could be improved upon.
1: slow mode should only be up when a channel is too active/overflowing with messages. Most of the time is about 3-5 people at a time who struggle to communicate with each other because of the slow mode limiting them.
2: moderators seem to be very strict when it comes to the rules, and that can really limit conversation. Either loosen up on the rules or make more channels where we can stray off topic.

Reaper33The only comment I have is for the slow mode; maybe allow a few specific reactions (thumbs up, tick, cross etc) to allow for people to answer questions without having to wait for the slow-mode cooldown.
