Remove stamina drain while swimming if you equip certain abilities

If you currently have the abilities Paddle, Diver, Streamlined or anything similar, then your stamina should no longer drain if you’re swimming. It makes it difficult to catch fish and to stay in the water for extended periods of time. It really limits play styles of the animals that can have these abilities that aren’t already semi aquatic.

Stamina drains so fast while swimming that it makes it's value completely void. It would be more strategically appreciated if you could count on water as an escape route for species like the Lamb who isn't great at either land or swimming speed but could move between the two when trying to evade an allo pack or sarco. However with the drain being what it is swim speed on any herbivore is a completely useless stat.
