The sarcosuchus can grab medium and small dinosaur and drag them into the water only of there near the water or drinking and swimming.

If it is an adult sarco it should be able to grab pretty much anything besides a Rex or eo trike and drag then into the water.

It should also have a chance for bone break as well.
