Elder Growth Stage

A new growth stage beyond adult, this stage is optional. To reach the elder stage there’s no passive growth but instead only unique but hard quests for a specific dino. The quests will be difficult and takes time but it’ll be well worth it because the elder stage gives the specific dino a unique look, bigger, unique ability ( that will replace a base ability ) and a boost in stats with no down side ( slight boost in damage) (and defense or speed choose 1 ). The different look would be a way to distinguish between a regular dino and a top tier elder.

This is just a fresh idea concept didn’t really sit down and think about it so I would love feedback

I'm honestly really interested in something like this getting added! Though I worry it might result in players, specifically those of us who have been playing longer, being overpowered compared to others, and that's not even mentioning apexes.

The overall stat boost should probably be small (like x1.05 at most) while any you get to choose are dictated by the dino your playing (so ano wouldn't get Def, eo wouldn't get atck, etc.)
