Groups Disband Way Too Much
As I play the game more I realize that one major aspect constantly works against itself, and that's groups. Whether it's a herd/packmate dying, safe-logging to use a Waystone, or even just crashing, it feels like the game does anything and everything to disband groups. Which becomes increasingly frustrating when farming group quests.
How would I solve this? Simple. If the player in question is still logged onto the server, even after dying/safe-logging, the group SHOULD NOT DISBAND, because remaking a group each time someone dies or uses a Waystone is tedious and unfun.
The only time a group should disband is if a player crashes, they log onto a different dinosaur that isn't of the same diet, or they've been safe-logged for over 2-5 minutes. This will make using the herd/pack mechanic so much easier and let people actually enjoy the game without having to sift through menus as often.

JochewiTrue, it's a bit tedious with packs, at least when the player dies or uses a waystone, it should stay in the pack as offline, to join automatically when you log back in, so if you're in the middle of a fight or it activates at that moment, you don't have to fiddle with menus or make your teammates wait for it to be over for them to rejoin the party, considering they've already spawned into the fight or somewhere probably remote... It would also be useful to be able to invite to the party from my friends list, so I don't have to search for my friends in the whole list on the server...

QBIt would be a huge QOL improvement just to allow players to request to join an existing group through the social menu, reducing the workload of existing group members when trying to reform after a death or dino swap.
