Sucho sea legs ability

While walking in or in close proxy to water sources, sucho gains increased movement (not swim) speed and stamina regen. buff disappears once out of distance of water. water sources already have a target so i imagine it couldn't be too hard to make some detection for the ability to work

reason? sucho is complete shit in the water and is too squishy, slow, and can't run long enough to remain on land. the ability would allow it to play in between, as it should be, being a sucho.
