Restore the former appearance of the thermal spring water

Prior to the water quality update, Panjura's thermal springs were a vibrant and beautiful blue like their real-life counterparts. They have since been changed to the type of water found across the rest of the map. I believe this change has taken away an integral aspect of the appeal of these locations, and I would really like to see them changed back, even at the expense of these water sources being undrinkable. Please make springs naturally and more rapidly replenishing water sources in addition to the water looking like an updated version of what it used to
