Group Leaving UI

when your group member randomly leaves the group you dont know what he did (left because he didnt wanted to be in group? died?) thats why i came up with this idea. when group member dies we should be able to see "*nick* died due to fall damage!" or "*nick* died due to *carni/herbie name* and also if someone leaves we would be able to see that someone left the group. it would be really nice and helpful
