disable entering home cave in combat

you shouldn't be able to enter the home cave if the combat debuff is present.
You should not be able to harm those in the entrance of the home cave but you also shouldn't be able to heal here, as part of preventing home cave camping

This is a great idea, since KOSers will always run to home caev if we finally get them back!
