One of the biggest challenge our server, and other servers have faced, is the lack of a full replay/logging system for players to use in order to provide information for reports. Even communities with not so many rules could benefit enormously from being able to see all sides of an incident after the fact. I understand such a system is not easy or simple to produce, but something very rudimentary that gives at least player names and locations at a given time would enormously reduce the strain on community members as well as staff. A robust replay system would also be a boon for content creators and even potentially for testing. The DemoNetDriver system present in Unreal isn't perfect, but the option is there.
