Automatic Camera movement

It would be great If you could change your Camera setting to automatic so you dont have to use the mouse to move the Camera for everything.
Im a one-Hand Player and that wont change. For People Who might hurt their Hand or are in a similar Situation it would be a big help If the Camera moves automatically the way you are running to.
