Reset water quality with server restart

So this isn't as big of an issue on smaller servers but larger servers like Asura really need to have a water quality reset. the only time the water in the big lake is viable is after major developer updates. I don't know about other large servers but I know Asura does a daily restart at midnight est. allowing the option to reset water quality with the restart would help with gameplay and make playing water dinos more viable because as it stands it's only really viable to play a water dino in a location with replenishing quests.
