Friend's list annoucement message

An announcement for people on your friends list that pins to a hover over pop-up message at cursor. And when initially posted it pops up as a message in the chat box in a special color that friends can choose to ignore or maybe join a group with the poster. Or receive a update post of what you are playing / doing ... anything you like.
