Stamina Regen Debuff Status Effect to Prevent Players from "Sprint-Trotting/walking"
Players can exploit stamina regen when the stamina meter is empty by holding the sprint key. This allows players to do a sort of powerwalking where dinos sprint for a few seconds after every stamina regen tick, despite their stamina being empty. Dinos with depleted stamina use this to catch up to other dinos and kill them despite having no Stamina. (most obvious examples, Deinocheirus, Allosaurus, Suchomimus, Sarcosuchus, Daspletosaurus)
This debuff status effect would activate if dinos hit 0 stamina/completely run out of the stamina meter, and prevent them from regenerating stamina for 5 or 10 seconds, preventing them from exploiting stam regen and "sprint-walking" all together.
Mechanically, it would punish players for not managing their stamina, and reward those for managing their stamina well.
