Increase the growth awarded for each quest

Pretty much what it says above, currently growth takes FOREVER, and while I get that without severe growth loss you had to balance it, its just straight up boring and repetitive right now with the quests being so bare-bones. Perhaps when quests are more fleshed out and the balancing is nailed down you can pull it back down again, but for now I feel like increased growth is really necessary. (Especially with the smaller map)
