Friend request with usernames and in social menus

The current system for adding friends ingame is not very user friendly. You can't copy the ID number ingame, have to type it without being able to look back at it ingame, and the numbers are seemingly random and much less easy to remember than a username. Players should be able to add friends by typing in a username instead of an ID, and/or by clicking an add friend button in the same area that add to party and other social options are. It would make adding friends ingame easier, and adding someone you remember from previous servers but don't know the ID of possible.

Also, being able to send group invites from the friends tab would be ideal - instead of checking to see if your friends are online/on your server, then tabbing into social, searching their names and sending an invite.
