Purrusaurus should have a speed matching the Sarcosuchus, or atleast faster than a spino without paddle tail.

Purrusaurus is OP, but with a big turning radius and a much slower speed on land, should be balanced.

In terms of match-ups, Purrusaurus should be able to go head to head with Spinosaurus and have a fair fight.

Purrusaurus, due to being incredibly slow on land, should always spawn in the vicinity of a water source that has fish.

Purrusaurus should have a death roll ability which is 1.5k tokens. The attack makes the character lunge forward slightly before biting and initiating the death roll. 5 sec cooldown and can 2 shot a Suchomimus (if both hits somehow land)
