Mod subscription, following and tracking

I don’t know if anyone has already suggested this in the suggestions threads or not but……

I wish there was an implementation where people can not only download mods but also track or subscribe to them for updates because it’s pretty irritating to download several chosen mods who’s amount has become vast to keep track of and try to remember which mods you’ve chosen to be active when they need to be updated…

Short version: Fixing the issue of redownloading the chosen mods of choice every-time you start the game.
