Gender Change w/ Marks (10-20k?)

Allow the purchase of a Gender change for your dinosaur. Make the amount high: 10-20k Marks to avoid abuse. Maybe add a lifetime maximum for gender changes (such as 3 total).

I am sure there is other reasoning but mine is because I did not realize the gender color differences until I made my first female dinosaur the other day lol.

Maybe not so expensive? 20k is def too much. 10k maybe but I think like 7k is reasonable.
