add minimum/preferred specs requirements info for PCs

navigation on HTML hides anything on required specs to run. i have friends who WILL NOT buy your game strictly because they don't know if their machine can run it.... most other markets have and preffered list and a bare-bones minimum list of Disk space, RAM, CPU size, and GPU info on them with out having to ever leave the description page. you need to pay attention to small details to market sales fundings so you can keep developing your awesome project
