Allow server owners to disable cross play

Let me get this straight: Not all systems are built the same.

What a player on a PC sees on a server is drastically different than what a person on phone sees. With mobile players, hiding in foliage is rendered ultimately useless simply because they can just... see through it due to inferior lighting, decreased ground particles, etc. There is usually a large amount of lag in some cases on phone which can cause issues if anyone tries to fight you:

De-sync of hits
De-sync of trample damage ( you get hit even when you're not right below them)
Random rubber banding

Overall, not great.
