Whisper Chat Tabs/Windows

Currently, in-game whispers from other players have a strong tendency to go unnoticed because they're tied to only the Global chat tab in the bottom-left corner.
I think it would be very helpful if whispers from other players created a new window (possibly make this optional or editable for ease-of-use) so that messages between players don't get lost so easily in global chat. This is especially a problem when a server is bustling and people are constantly talking.
This would also make it easier to see if someone's messaged you at all, because sometimes players never look in global chat either.
