Stego rebalance suggestion: Megalania-style burst stam

While stego is more or less decent, it's considered by much of the community to be too strong in particular due to the ease with which it can chase down opponents. Instead of a flat stam nerf or speed nerf, I'd like to suggest something a little more unique that'd both balance it out, and give it a more unique and clearly defined combat playstyle.

Give it burst stam, similar to what megalania currently has. It's stam pool would be small and drain very fast, only about 20 seconds or so, but likewise would regenerate incredibly fast, with some of the fastest stam regen in the game. This would prevent stego from chasing down animals such as dasp, but would nicely compliment its mixture of defensive and offensive playstyle. It would give it a very unique combat playstyle, and make it more distinct from the pursuit-like combat of kentro.
