Just bought the game from my brothers recommendation and LOVED it. Excellent dev game. However: the new update compressing the map makes being a baby impossible without a benevolent protector. If no changes are made, I'll probably stop playing just out of discouragement. Please enlarge the map again, so aggressive carnivores arent so concentrated causing progression to be impossible.
