Reduce Stegosaurus Stamina

Stegosaurus easily runs down many larger and more mobile dinosaurs. It made sense for stego to be highly mobile when it dealt less damage, but lately its high stamina high damage combination has been a bit much in the pvp scene. All we ask if for stego's stamina to be reduced, all other stats left untouched.
