Parental bonuses

Basically, fully grown adults (Probably a max of 2 in a group?) could possibly gain even a small touch of marks when non-adult group members complete quests on their own (without the parent having done any of the quest themselves).

I figure it's a tiny incentive for adults to allow babies to quest themselves without partaking in the actual quest and lessening the timer for the actual youngin.

This came to mind while helping growing friends and my only job was to stand by and watch for many hours and figuring it might be cool to even get 30 marks for being essentially the guide and bodyguard.
