Some Ability Ideas
Abilities aren't diverse atm. Here's a few I made for fun.
Legs - All Dinos: Delicate Steps
"Significantly quiets the volume of footsteps. Swimming noises are also reduced"
Legs - All Dinos: Leap
"Increases jump height. If your creature cannot jump, then it gains the ability to jump"
Senses - Small Herbivores/Carnivores: Radar
"The position of nearby players will now appear on your minimap"
Senses - Semi-Aquatics: Ripple Detection
"Swimming in a body of water will reveal nearby fish on your minimap. Players that make contact with the water are also revealed"
Metabolism - Semi-Aquatics: Obligate Piscivore
"Only able to eat fish. Swallowing a fish grants some water"
Metabolism - Herbivore: Detritivore
"Can eat lakeweed, roots and branches. Moderate food drain"
Voice - Small/Medium Carnivores: Mimicry
"Produce a sound that attracts nearby critters towards your location (AI)"
Voice - Semi-Aquatics: Lure
"Produce an underwater sound that attracts nearby fish towards your location"

AnonymousI love all of these, though a couple could do with downsides too, such as delicate steps making your movement speed slower, leap reducing overall stamina, and radar making you unable to group, or some other downside, as it seems like an over-powered ability as it is.
As for the other abilities, especially the lures and metabolisms, they are amazing and I'd love to see them ingame. -
