Dino Creation Weather

I would like to propose removing weather and day/nighttime effects in the choose/create character screen when you enter a server. My reasoning is that depending on whether or not it's foggy, raining, nighttime, etc, it makes it much more difficult to see what your skin looks like, granted you can change your skin later on, but I still feel like it would be a good idea to make it stable lighting in the character creation screen.

In the image provided, I cannot see any of the colours on my spino while trying to pick out colours due to there being too much fog.
