Add Visible POI Border When Area Quest is Active

I was trying to time out an area quest that I couldn't complete in Tyrants Gorge, only to keep walking back into Tyrants Gorge even when I was certain I'd walked much further away and thus resetting the timer. I think if a player has an area quest active that the border of the POI is lit up on their minimap, perhaps with the same red as the quest info on the UI. That way, they know where they can travel to get the items they need and how far they can wander out if it's not a common resource in said POI without getting timed out, or steer clear if they're trying to clear the quest off their list.
