Growth suggestion
Adding the growth system was an amazing idea to better round out the game. However it was executed rather poorly. Having been on for at least 4-5 hours yesterday, on a Laten, I never made it to adolecent. Also the fact theres no passive, time based growth makes grinding extremely boring rather quickly. It kills AFK growing for sure, but completing a quest that requires you to go across the map for only 30 seconds of growth? Makes it far from worth the time spent. Please consider adding in some passive growth, or adjust the timers so either small things grow faster than large dinos, or have the growth progression gradually slow the closer to full adult you get.

beebee73If devs don't want to add a passive growth how about a boosted growth while questing...like on collecting quests add a growth spurt per item collected. Delivery quest add a spurt every time you deliver an item.
This way growth is STILL quest based but it is more rewarding to actually DO the quests.
This additional buff could if need be, be higher for juveniles, slightly lower for adolescents and then taper off for a subadult. -

ChiI think if food and water remain above 50% should give an exp buff to all completed quests. I think players should be rewarded for keeping their dino healthy and hydrated. If you add passive growth there is going to be that one person that will go hide in a bush and grow while watching youtube videos, that type of playstyle is something they're trying to avoid.
