Remove de-growth penalty

There must be stakes for death, but reducing an adult dinosaur's age down to sub-adult by two entire bars is very harsh considering it will take hours more work to get it back to adult. One single death undoes hours of progress, and that seems unfair. Why not also remove skins and abilities while you're at it, it's the same logic. I'd rather lose all my marks than revert back to sub-adult after spending so much time doing tedious quests to enjoy my dinosaur being at full size and health, playing it as intended.

Please either remove this and replace it with a different penalty, or make growth less tedious. Considering that some dinosaurs can be one-shot with trample at this point, having hours of progress undone with someone lagging into you really sucks. My friend was playing a larger dinosaur while I played a small one and they accidentally ran into me and killed me that way. Very, very frustrating and unfun to now have to spend hours getting back to adult.
