an optional feature to disable timed location quests

so as of now, location quests seem to be the main quest that enables over and over again, and they're all timed, making it reset and play that jingle every 5-10 minutes. it gets a bit annoying after a while, allow us to choose whether we'd like to have timed quests on our personal quests. if you disable timed personal quests, they get replaced with different non-timed quests. or just an option to disable it telling you that it failed, it'll simply swap to the next quest if it hasn't already been completed.
