Quicker Growth

Growth has been a highly anticipated feature but I don't think anyone anticipated just how long it was going to take to actually grow a dinosaur. It should be possible to reach adult within 10 hours, but from whats been observed people are taking 10 hours just to reach adolescent. My suggestion is just to increase the duration of the growth boost from 30 seconds back up to the 50 seconds it originally was in the Public Test Branch.

How about the more quests you do over time without dying will cause growth to go by faster so if you have done 10 quests you get 10 extra seconds added onto the growth exp for the next coming quests. As a bonus for not dying and doing quests.
