Shorter Growth Times/More Interesting Quests

Right now the growth times are obnoxiously long for how repetitive quests are. The same few fetch quests, plus the occasional "go to this spot on the map" gets boring pretty quickly. Five hours of nonstop questing in a group of four led to not even finishing the juvenile phase of Allosaurus, a mid-sized carnivore. A longer growth time would be acceptable if there was more variation and engagement with the quests. But as of now, they get boring very quickly. The absurd amount of time it takes to grow even a mid-sized animal is just unacceptable as it gets so repetitive and yields what is seemingly little reward for such a time commitment. Either drastically reduce the growth time until quests are more fun, or slightly reduce the time and improve quests, so we aren't left wandering a massive map that looks the same all around, doing the same three quests for twelve hours, only to grow a medium sized animal. Great concept, poor execution.
