Recruit a Friend for those who already bought the game.

Hi! When this game came out, I recruited my friends to buy the game. Now, unless I buy multiple copies of the game for myself, I'm SOL in getting the recruit a friend skins. It really feels like a burn to have recruited several people to this game, and now be unable to get the rewards because I don't have any other friends who play video games.

Final Fantasy XIV has the option to add friend codes after purchase. Could something like that be added for those of us who happily advertised the game to their friends, but now miss out because all their friends have the game?
