Placodus was a marine reptile from the middle Triassic period. It was around 2 meters long. It’s body plan had a stocky body with a long tail useful to swim out to the sea. It also had a short neck.

Placodus fills the role of the modern day marine Iguana. Heading out to sea to eat to seaweed and shells on the sea floor. It’s found in Panjura’s Great Lake and on the Island map
