Increase growth rate

As of right now I have little complaints about the growth system. Once nesting is added many problems I currently have with the game will be remedied almost instantly. However there is one glaring problem I have with growth, and its the amount of time it takes to reach adult. Babies are much slower than adults and therefore have a harder time exploring and finding quests to complete. So i feel like in the early stages of growth when you are less mobile, quests should give a 2 minute growth buff, then progress down to 1 minute 30 seconds as you begin to mature and are more capable. Eventually leading to the current 1 minute growth buff. This can be streamlined but I figured I would post my take on it because its ridiculous that it takes a Deinonychus 2 and a half hours to reach adult.
